Yesterday saw the apparent opening up of the doors of the secret family courts of the UK.
Only CORPORATE media, accredited to report , have been allowed into SOME of the hearings.

This after many years by activists and groups like ourselves who have fought extensive campaigns to end the massive injustice that has been going on in those courts for generations. Millions of families lives have been irreparably destroyed by masonic judges and lawyers that ,acting for the crown , have viciously stolen GOOD mens assets, homes and children. Women previously married to masons suffer a similar fate, as it is where masons can do more harm to British society than any other arena they control. This is where they consolidate their centuries old system of power and control in the secret confines of family or civil courts.

No man will EVER win a court case or get justice, while the vast bulk of the decisions are made by evil and corrupt masonic judges and their lackeys, the lawyers who create a facade of justice that in fact completely controls the wealth of a nation through masonic legal manoeuvres . Many men across the UK that have been targeted by these monsters of human beings know what it is like to be tracked and traced ,abused, beaten up, criminalized, stripped bare, surveilled , spied on their incomes,bank accounts and assets ,had their homes and business's stolen, but most importantly have seen their children stolen and forced into a care system that is run by a Gestapo like mafia.

We do not see any end to this tyranny even with a selective corporate media being allowed to report. This is only the first stage of our campaign to educate others as yet to face the wrath of these evil bastards and their monstrous decisions that have cost men dearly and in many cases even their lives. Many men have committed suicide when faced with the sick psychological torture created by these star chamber dens of iniquity. We will continue to demand a restoration of JURIES in all cases when requested by the party litigants.

Until the UK removes these sickos , disguised in their robes and regalia, NO MAN is safe from the despicable power and control they wield while utterly abusing all our human rights.
The very corporate media that has covered their crimes up for so very long, are now the only ones allowed access to create the PROPAGANDA to allow their devious deeds to continue unabated . As far as we are concerned ,THEIR VICTIMS, this is simply not good enough.
ONLY A complete overhaul of OUR courts and the removal of ALL masonic judges and a return to common law juries will be the only way to stop the massive destruction of families, these mobsters are party to . Their victims growing daily and ever more organised will ensure their ultimate fate ,that we have NEVER had any doubt.
THEY CANNOT AND WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THEIR CRIMES INDEFINITELY .

I read this a while ago and could not believe what I read so kept the e-mail.

If the facts were presented in a controlled, balanced way instead of suggesting some massive Masonic conspiracy I am sure you all would have listened and contributed because much of what happens in our family courts is unfair and is not justice but more so for the children of Scotland than the mothers or the fathers. In my view children deserve a balanced life with contact to both parents as long as they are good parents and love their children and are willing to put the welfare of the child first.

Had I been presenting the facts of this case I would have drawn your attention to the fact that their is a presumption within family courts that a child is always better with mum and this may not in my opinion always be true.

It is often the case that when a dad presents as a well balanced person and the court shows a willingness to consider joint residency for the child or children. The court unexpectedly is presented with a statement from mum, which accuses dad of either rape or child abuse or physical abuse directed at mum so that she is too frightened to consider contact.

Dad has no way to fight this, as he has no way to defend himself from this accusation, the records are often sealed. This accusation puts the court in a very difficult position, considering the cases where children have come to harm, the court cannot take the chance of allowing anything other than contact centre contact or supervised contact and we do not have enough social workers so that is often not an option. Family Mediation run contact centres and they are not allowed to give evidence in court as to whether the contact is successful and will not allow contact if there is a suggestion that violence has taken place.

There is no doubt that dad’s get a raw deal but courts are in a very difficult position, as children must come first.

I think the suggestion that good hard working men losing their business etc comes from the CSA. They do often act first in matters such as freezing a business account or taking money from an account and have often made drastic mistakes. Men truly have lost their businesses and houses and have gone bankrupt. Many have paid in cash with no receipt rather than see children go without while the CSA sort this out.

Many families have sold houses and businesses to fund court cases for contact to children this is true of grandparents too. They win a court order and they turn up on the day court order in hand knock on the door and find the mum calls the police and accuses them of harassment or violence, men have spent 72 hours in prison because it is a weekend.

Many men who seemed well balanced as working fathers and husbands seem to present as unreasonable as they face not just the loss of a wife or partner but separation from the children they helped to rear and that they love but also the loss of house friends and the people they have often treated as family. The in-laws. Many have complete mental breakdowns.

Having said all that we do have as in any country, men who are not dads that should get contact to children we have mums who should not have contact to children and grandparents too. Where violence, drugs or excessive intake of alcohol has taken place I do not believe any parent or grandparent has a right to spend time with their child as we cannot take that chance with the life of a child they cannot defend themselves.

I believe a better system is instead of the arbitrary court system we have now, would it not be better if families and their legal representatives sat round a table with a judge and had sensible discussions on what is best in the way of contact. With less need to win, decisions that are more sensible might be reached for the child.

Until we achieve this, we must open our courts to criticism and allow a jury to decide in difficult cases, we must also put our children and their welfare at the top of the agenda. We must deter women who flout court orders made in the best interest of children, this is the cause of the very high cost of these court cases because the only action possible is to take mum back to court and she just sits and waits for Dad to run out of money.

We should charge any parent male or female with child abuse if they use what is not recognised as child abuse in this country and that is a system of parental alienation. That is soul destroying for a child and causes as much psychological damage as any other abuse.

My hope is you will consider this current system as injustice in Scotland, injustice to our children.

Seeing Shirley McKies father comments as moderator on our views of the masonic tyranny going on in scottish courts, also exposed by robbie the pict in many actions in Scottish courts. We would ask if the reason both he and shirley got so much media attention and so many others DID NOT is because he in fact himself has masonic connections and that he wishes to moderate our posts and class us as so called conspiracy nuts when in fact he may well be getting some sort of justice from the masons who back his daughters case both in the media and judiciary.

We take serious offense against anyone challenging CLEAR FACTS that the speculative masons in Edinburgh are full of judges and lawyers in Scottish courts and that anyone trying to dismiss this as some sort of conspiracy must be part of that masonic network.

We dont think there are many cops in Scotland promoted unless they are masons.

We suggest anyone who has any doubts check the spec list that we have used to expose the REAL conspiracy as why there is little or no justice in Scottish courts unless you are a MASONIC brother.

Well, a mason I am not. A supporter of people who are in conflict over contact or residency I am and have been for many years.

I am Catholic not that it is any of your business but as it is such a huge part of my life and the founding faith of my work and life I have no problem in making this fact public, I am proud to say this.

I chair an organisation whose sole purpose in life is helping parents to achieve a peaceful solution to the problem of contact when any relationship breaks down. I believe that a well-balanced attitude will gain a well-balanced relationship. It is indeed the greatest regret in my life that not every parent will react in this way. In my view, they would if they loved their children more than themselves.

We have a three-step plan.

1. Try to talk reasonably to the person who has the children resident with them. Do everything you can to talk out this problem before you take another step. Sometimes we are able to intervene and make a parent realise that the only people hurt by refusing contact to a parent is the child.

2. If this does not work then try Family mediation.

3 If this is refused or does not work, then and only then, use the court system. In our view it is only used as a last step.

A simplistic view of how we work.

My main aim is that children have a well-balanced life with lots of care and love and all the necessities that make life good for children like fun and continued contact with both parents.. This is the least a child should expect. In my world parents come second although believe me when I say I empathise and sympathise when a good parent is deprived of contact.

I cannot see the massive conspiracy you speak of in your post.

I also believe that the more aggrieved parents represent themselves as reasonable people the more progress will be made in our courts.
