| Quote: | | McBride is also calling for a clampdown on foreign criminals who, at the moment, can freely enter the UK. |
| Quote: | | And evil Harcar had already been convicted of a string of violent offences outside the UK, with two committed in the Czech Republic and the rest in Slovakia. Yet because of EU laws, both were allowed into the UK to kill again. |
| Quote: | McBride said: "People from European countries can turn up at Prestwick Airport and be waved right through into Britain.
"These folk can go anywhere in Scotland. Marek Harcar and the men who killed Jolanta benefited from this state of affairs - and they went on to commit shocking crimes.
"We have to change this to ensure that more serious criminals can't come into Scotland. |
So why was Paul McBride Defending these people who he is dead set on denying access to our country ?
Does his views not represent a conflict of interest ?
Surely he should not be discussing previous clients either ?
Donald Findlay had a laugh at his expense at the SCCRC conference by claiming: He would not be handing his notice into any party he was not a member of and had not paid his fees for years.

Mr McBride critisising the same Justiciary that has made him a multi millionaire is a little bit hypocritical to say the least.
I wonder how much he made out of all the guilty foreigners he has defended recently. I wonder if the Government's recent budget and increase in tax for the rich had anything to do with him going over to the other side and pledging allegiance to the tories.
