Justice For The Howes.

I have followed this case for quite a while now, Watched a few of his you tube videos and conclude the following:

If they have not committed a crime in Scotland by exporting the chemicals then our courts have no right to extradite them to another country.

Our courts would have to agree that they were aware it was criminal in America to export the chemicals which they openly exported.
There is no proof i can see that they actually knew they were breaking the Law here, Or in America.

We have the right to be judged by our own Laws not America's Laws.

My God just look at all the companies that sold weapons to Saddam, Have any of them ever been charged ?

No because they never broke any of our Laws

If we bought fags from the internet for example from Spain, Would the spanish shop-keeper be charged with tax evasion ? or just you ?

The spanish Hasn't committes any crime just you.

Chase these Americans as he hasn't committed any crime here.
