To date there has been no response from the SCCRC to submissions received on behalf of Willie Gage.
The prosecution use of innuendo, dubious circumstantial and scarcely credible identification evidence (also see Barry George) damns his conviction as a stain on Scottish justice.
I remain hopeful that the SCCRC will review their previous decision and refer the conviction back to the courts. |

Yes Wullie
Seems a lot more went on behind closed doors with the labour party.
Strange nothing has ever beeen said about the witness's Iain Bowman and Charles Bowman, Father & Son who were both witness's in the Gage case and who changed their statements to include a white car after being shown the white SAAB by police.
The white SAAB Charles was shown was burnt, the same as the clothes some of the witness's were shown.
It has since transpired that the Bowman's Mother and Wife, is a "Labour Councillor" Dorcas.
Funny this was never mentioned at trial of Gage and not even after her Son has been Murdered _________________ Rectify All Injustices |

hello all,
can anyone tell me if there is anything happening in the willie gage case?
like a number of other cases, could it be the scottish judicial system trying to save face with yet another cover-up job? |

Six more held over street death
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/glasgow_and_west/7599268.stm
That makes the total held in this case 10.
I heard a rumour that the funeral of Bowman was this Thursday but dont know how true that is. _________________ Great Spirit, grant that I may not criticize my neighbor until I have walked a mile in his moccasins." - Old Native American Indian Prayer that my dad taught me. |
