It is worth reading the comments on this article and I must say while A Scott appears to inhabit another planet his comments have the positive element of humour.
As an admitted 'old man' I also enjoyed the contributions of 'Mungo'. Feel free to continue your debate on this forum gentlemen you will find plenty else to interest you. |

No, We cannot Trust Them.
It would appear that while my MSP Bill Kidd is trying to find a responsible body for SCCRC, Justice Secretaary Mr MacAskill who passed the blame, now takes it upon himself to appoint other members.

This adds further weight to my complaints of SCCRC not being independent of the Judicial System.
It also calls into question the actions of Mr MacAskill.
He wants to appoint members of SCCRC but does not want to take any blame for their actions.
