Should Barry George Be Re-tried
Nazi War Criminals have escaped Justice being deemed unfit to stand trial.
Should Barry George be treated differently.
From the Evening Times Article yesterday the following disturbs me:
George, 48, sat in the dock with a clinical psychologist by his side.
Mr Justice Griffith Williams added: "The defendant suffers from epilepsy and has psychological problems which may make it difficult for him to follow the proceedings. She is there to assist him in that regard."
If he has any problem that may make it impossible to follow proceedings then there should be no proceedings at-all.
Anyone with severe Psycological Problems should no be tried in our courts of justice.
If the following is proof that he is a murderer:
He added: "The defendant took photographs of female news presenters on his television.
Lastly I end by saying if the following can also be construed as him being guilty of murder :
Jonathan Laidlaw QC, prosecuting, told the court George had a fixation with celebrities and lived out his fantasy by pretending to be Queen singer Freddie Mercury's cousin.
Then we should not watch television nor films where everyone is pretending to be someone else.
Jesus because he pretended to be someone else does not prove he is a murderer.
As a child I ran about shooting my pals pretending to be a cowboy, Does this mean I am a potential Murderer ?
Anyone ever dress up as "Freddy Crougar" at Halloween ?
The police might someday chap your door and accuse you of murder!
