Would this policeman have gotten away with this if he hadn't been filmed ?

Wonder how many other case like this went unreported by the same policeman.

This officer deserves to be fired. Trying to blame diabetes and admitting he could be irritable if his blood sugar level was low is no defence.

Being irritable and being violent and assaulting a kid are two different things anyway.
He should have carried crackers or something with him if his diabetes was so out of control.
