I have been trying to access information from the SCCRC via Freedom of Information legislation and the Data Protection Act relating to their investigation of my case.
The SCCRC have denied me access to any information relating to my own case. My appeal of this decision was also rejected.
Does anyone believe this is supression of evidence which could assist a future campaign of my case and a breach of disclosure laws?

You should be entitled to see the Statements SCCRC took from your Defence team and witness's.
They gave me mine.
You should also be entitled to see the Minutes of your trial with Jury details.
They gave me mine saying it was OK to do so because they were public records being in the National Archives.
You are entitled to see correspondence between SCCRC and Crown office regarding your case.
They gave me mine with no arguments at-all.
You are entitled to see what witness's have said about you to SCCRC.
They gave me mine.
You must appeal to Kevin Dunion and I will give you copies if need be for him to see.
Better still I will write you a letter next week detailing every document SCCRC gave me access to then you can appeal to Dunion.
Remember SCCRC have refused my MSP Buill Kidd access to how many complaints they have reveived against my Solicitor who also represented you very badly too so don't bet on Dunion finding in your favour either.
Anyone withholding potentially exculpatory material is obstructing justice in my view.
Given Holland was decided on a "Crown Precognition" even they must be disclosed and are not exempt from disclosure.
But then again Mr Sinclair has more powers then the high court, which he sought to clarify in Razza.
You might have been better placed up against someone like:

Well at least you would have had a fighting chance with Sinclair you have no chance.
Do not give up though, people do support you.
Best Wishes
