Not to say we or those that view this forum are all legal eagles, but If we can all help or advise one another or indeed help anyone fighting for justice. then this can only be a good thing.

Yes its good to have one place where people know they can ask a question or whatever they need to know. If someone doesnt know on here then they will know someone who does. Of course none of us are lawyers as you say and no one should ever take as gospel what someone tells them. They should always check with a lawyer. But sometimes we just dont know what to do and someone can point us in the right direction or offer a friendly word of support.
Things get lost in amongst all the topics.
Hope Mr McKie doesnt mind the spring clean I have done today

What a great idea Scotkaz.
Though as you so rightly point out none of us are lawyers but some may have access to lawyers that they can ask Questions of, so once again a great idea.
