Justice Scotland

As I intimated some time ago over the next few months I will be reconfiguring the website and incorporating it into a new site  . (Note: this site is not online at present)

It is likely this forum will continue but I feel more easily accessible advice and support should be available.

Given there are a number of justice sites available in Scotland do readers have any thoughts on what is missing for those unfortunate enough to suffer an injustice in Scotland.

It would be great to have independent, impartial expert and legal advice on any forum.

Thanks Wullie, One to think about. As you are aware however this is one fraught with potential problems. Obtaining independent legal advice without strings is difficult if not impossible with many lawyers taking on too much and unable to devote sufficient time to the cases they have. It should be possible however to lay out some sensible rules whereby we can obtain the best advice possible. I will give this more thought thanks.

A list of impartial experts from all over the world would be beneficial to anybody fighting an injustice.

Their fields of expertise along with newfangled studies which could be unknown to both solicitors and defendants would obviously also assist greatly.
