We should all attend:

Public Consultation

The Review has now published a public consultation document asking a series of questions on topics such as guidelines for police evidence gathering, confession evidence, jury size and the three verdict system.  Also published is the Report of the Academic Expert Group which was commissioned by the Review to undertake a thorough analysis of comparative justice systems with a view to highlighting potential models for reform in Scotland.  It is recommended the Report of the Academic Expert Group is read before responding to the consultation.

The consultation period will run from 14 October to 28 November 2014.
