Once Again, similar to my nephew Kevin Mcleods case, Northern Constabulary has failed to investigate or record complaints. This force is getting totally out of control. Something has to be done to stop this, "we can do what we want attidude".

Like Northern Constabulary,Strathclyde now fail to investigate complaints.
The Scottish parliament has to step in here and stop this"know one will tell us what to do attidude".
