Dear Wullie
This is clearly victimisation.
I can confirm that the 'suits' can operate within any Scottish Police Force area with the concurrence of that particular area's Chief Constable. They must however produce their individual warrant card if asked by the 'detainee'.
You were detained because there is no evidence whatsoever to charge you with an offence.. had there been it is my guess that you would have been charged, arrested, ordained to appear and put to court.
Like their colleague it appears to me that they were also out on a 'fishing trip' without any proper bait!
Good luck. keep up the struggle for justice
Regards

Sorry for some reason I did not get a notification telling me someone had replied hence the late response to your post above
Welcome to the forum.
Thank you for your kind words of support.
I agree with you that they can enter any Jurisdiction and Operate within any area.
You are also right in your assertion that had they any evidence then I would have been charged.
Maybe they were sent out by the one from their station that I am complaining about, Certainly seems so eh ?
I took the Jurors names and addresses down from the net because it might turn out that SCCRC have Illegally released these documents to me, but as yet I have no confirmation if this is the case as SCCCRC have refused to answer my last E-Mail asking if this is the case or not.
My E-Mails and SCCRC reply to first one can be viewed at the following :

Not worried about Jurors Names and Addresses being released but the minute a Policemans address is revealed they go nuts eh and all hell breaks loose. |

Thanks for the reply and your kind welcome.
I think your 'arrest' was an act of provocation on their part and a henious attempt to increase the misery caused to you and your closest. Your assertion is probably true. In relation to other matters personally I am against anybodys name and address being public domain and should not be released to the press pre-trial as this creates an assumption of guilt.
As we both know only the most gullable of people believe that anyone charged by the Police is automaticially guilty of any crime whatsoever.
I know this does not directly relate to the circumstances of your SCCRC query however the buzz words in Police circles these days are 'transparency' and 'accountability' !!
That's surely a joke coming from a profession which practices 'bullshit' and 'deception' on a dailly basis and is oppressive towards its lowest ranking members, and members of the public in general,in order to maintain the 'power elite' in their higher strata.
Good luck and keep up the fight.
