When you are fully informed of any wrongdoing, criminality and injustice, and you choose not to properly act and intervene to put an immediate stop to that wrongdoing, criminality and injustice, then you too are undoubtedly complicit, culpable and guilty for your actions or inactions.

Indeed ... no names, but there are many out there, those so-called "champions against injustice" and "brave, bold, respected, honest and investigative" journalists, who should search their consciences over this appalling case of abuse, neglect and INJUSTICE ... and hang their heads in SHAME (... on you all). |

Without sounding disrespectful, You have been posting on the forum for quite some time now and I am none the wiser of your issues.
I can gather the Mr X case is part of your complaints but have never seen any articles linked to it and have no idea of what you are going on about.
Plaese please make up a blog or something to let the readers know just where you are coming from.
Please please give us something we can look into and maybe investigate with you and try to help you.
I find it very difficult to reply to your postings as you never link any details nor evidence.
I am sure there might just be someone watching the site that will maybe know of your problem and be able to help

Just to add one comment here and not to sound in any way disinterested, but people do not have the time to trawl through the internet in the hope they will land on a case they know absolutely nothing about.
I do not doubt anyones credibility please don't even think i do but I just want to know more about your case.
As for it being on Peter's site, well not that I have ever seen but as I say we do not have time to trawl through every bit of the sites to look for an individual cases that we do not know where to begin or what to look for.
You could link the items if on other sites and enable others to see where you are coming from.
As for contacting Kenny or Alex Direct : Pass, we cannot get them to answer our own cases what chance asking for unrelated cases, or evidence ?

Why dont you put the links here or any other topic.
Oh your news topic above was it only designed for you to post "your" news releases ?
It is not my intention to come here to argue with anyone seeking Justice after all this is our main aim coming to the forum but Al please do it coherently and let us know of the case and not just your letters to Salmond and MacAskill |

This is what our great Goverment want us arguing among each other.
BET THEY ARE READING THIS AND LAUGHING.
It is hard enough without infighting god we all agree to disagree on points but it is the common goal that binds us INJUSTICE.
Think about it i had serious decisions to make re Patrick Docherty i didnt like it but had to do it for Brendans sake, also changing legal teams 3 times does not help.
Could we all just get on i know Wullie the news about the hearing being cancelled will have hurt. we all have things we can and will not say about things.
Al i also know you are as passionate as Wullie about things and sitting waiting makes it worse.
I wish i could say what i know but i would get hung for it, from lawyers ect.

I have waited 26 years now what difference will a couple of months or weeks make ?
