I have recieved the reply from the crown office and procurator fiscal service, from rosemary lester.
took its time
Dr Mr Donald
Thank you for your e-mail addressed to the Rt Hon Alex Salmond MSP regarding the death of Annie Borjesson.
As the Matter you raise relates to the work of the Crown Office and procurator Fiscal Service , I have been asked to reply.
You have asked that there should be a review of this case and a Fatal Accident Inquiry.
It might be helpful for you to know that following a Full investigation into the death.
al the Facts and evidence in this case have been carefuly considered by senior prosecuters within the Crown Office and procurator fiscal service. they concluded that the circumstances of Annie Borjesson;s death were sufficiently established and that a Fatal Accident Inquiry was not necessary.
We do recognise the distress felt by families following a sudden death and any decision regarding what, if any, action will be taken in a case is only made after extencive enquiries and thorough investigation.
yours sincerely
Rosemary lester

Dear All!
Now Guje and I are back in Scotland. This time we have a lot of research to do. It feels so nice to be back here and we hope to meet you all during the weeks to come. We have some very interesting leads to follow up on.
The fight for the Truth and Justice will continue.

Dear All!
The last days we have been in meeting with some of Annie's former colleges from the Whiskey Center and that has resulted in several new names for us to get in contact with and also new information about the last time Annie visited the Center. We have also had meetings with several managers at the work seeking offices where Annie was registered. This confirm what we already knew that is Annie was actively looking for jobs during her last weeks. Now we are able to fill in gaps in the schedule of Annie's last movements in life.
Our investigation is continuing and the fight for Justice.

Guje and Maria are currently in Prestwick and continuing their own tireless and dogged investigations into Annie's premature death on the shore, by checking the tides and water levels.
As ever, i wish them both well in their search for the answers they seek into Annie's untimely death 30 months ago on Sunday 4 December 2005, and i hope they can finally find peace of mind and Annie will be able to Rest In Peace.
Keep safe and well during your fourth visit to Scotland in your devoted search for justice for your loved one.
With every best wish to you both.
