After reading todays Scotsman this Nat Fraser Appeal is a must for these pages.
Crown are now trying to "Say" that the two police officers who have come forward have not to be believed.
I would like to know exactly what Crown will base this arguement on, Will they for example now say: After the amount of Lies from all these experts in the Shirley McKie Case We (Crown) Now Concede that "Police Tell Lies". Interesting?
Whether he did it or not is not my Problem nor yours but hey we are entitled to our opinions eh?
At the very least it can be demonstrated Fit Ups do occur.

wullie, this is shocking news. now the crown dont believe there own. the crown are a crime on there own and the best thing about it .it was strathclyde police that did the investigation. lol this opens up a huge can of worms, will the snp let the crown, do this or be like joke and cathy and hide .

Thanks for pointing out that case, BigWullie ... amazing argument from the Crown Office there regarding the Police Officers testimony - who is to be believed now, the Crown Office or the evidence given by the officers ... and both at loggerheads with each other in public.

A fine advert for a complete reform of the Crown Office being a top priority for the new SNP administration - because no one else dare to it I think based on the evidence of previous administrations ...

Yes shocking case, and shows Crown Office for what it is. I bet at the trial Crown would have went berserk if anyone had suggested the police had lied?
Another Argument against crown here should be the old Lord Advocate Frasers use of Gauci in the Trial Of Megrahi ....MODERATED.
Again this shows the length Crown will go to to secure a conviction.

Then there is the case of the lying policeman from Livingston, Found Guilty of perjury and sentenced to a Meagre 73 Days, Its ok for them to be caught telling lies as they will get very light sentences.

I have just noticed that the Headline on the story above suggests Lying Police OFFICE. That would be right in my eyes as this lot are the ones that set me up, See comments.
These cases should now form part of Any Judicial Enquiry into the Conduct Of Crown Office.

There is also the reference that three High court Judges found him, Entirely Credible.
Shows how he pulled the whool over their eyes eh? But surely Fraser had a part to play in this too as he was responsible for using this man.
I will quote again Lord Fraser is quoted himself as saying Gauci wasn't the full shilling, I dont know why the moderator saw fit to remove this comment. If the lord Advocate can voice his opinion in this way then so too can we.
