The recent decision in this case is an affront to our intelligence.
Two Police in the old days would have been enough to hang you yet our highest court are saying it would not have swayed a jury, How wrong they are.
Not only would it have swayed the jury but it would also have shown the bullying culture that exists within the police.
These two honest police have come forward and revealed they were told to keep quiet, this has now been swept under a very huge carpet or the Justice Secretary's floorboards destined never to be heard again.
As for the crown case, well it was based on the fact he was accused of placing the rings in the bathroom but all along the crown knew the police had the rings from the start.
When will our justice secretary start doing his job and calling into question these severely tainted decisions.
Call into question the judges making these decisions now before it is too late
