Since when did a solicitor need to be devilled for 9 months ?
Just an observation |

I actually disagree with the following:
| Quote: | | This debate has nothing to do with justice and is pointless. |
It has plenty to do with justice when you are passing yourself off as an officer of the court when you are clearly not.
You are using a logo of the Faculty of Advocates while by your own admission you are only a Solicitor, No officer of the court would do this.
You are right though about the Devilling this only happens to Advocates so if you are only a Solicitor you would not have passed any devilling then.
You are actually taking the debates away from people who come to this forum with reasoned debates with your pretending to be someone you are not.
What really takes the biscuit though is the fact you are actually giving vulnerable people like Kevin what he thinks is Proper Legal Advice |

you say "Clearly" not...what evidence other than your own speculation do you have in support of this.]?
Secondly if you care to read the comments I posted I told you i WAS a solicitor and I am NOW an Advocate so therefore have completed not "passed" the devilling process.
I'm getting tired of this...this unfounded argument has nothing to do with justice (unless you can prove such accusations)
I could equally say you are guilty of the offences you have been found guilty of...but like you, I have no evidence in support of this. Secondly unlike you I have nothing to prove. When I walk into court on Monday after a nice holiday I can put my gown on safe in the knowledge that I have the right to do so irrespective of what some bitter convict has to say about it. Anything I say I could argue until I am blue in the face but you won't agree so say no more and stop having the last word...have some humility. _________________ Mr Fiscal

Kevin,
I am happy to give you legal advice.....and I would even go as far as to say anything I have said/will say to you - run it past your own legal representative.....ask them if it's correct. _________________ Mr Fiscal |

Wullie how do you know i asked Fiscal for legal advice?
Fiscal i did check the advice you gave me and it is true what you said.
Brendan's legal team are trying for a re-trial but the crown are twiddling their fingers about it.
I dare say if a new trial is brought with all the evidence this time heard it will be a different verdict.
Thanks Fiscal. |

Kevin

Answer:
Kevin : | Quote: | | Fiscal i did check the advice you gave me and it is true what you said. |
Is that proof and clear enough for the readers.
Kevin sometimes you forget what you have told people you have a very bad memory.
Despite what you may think I still wish Brendan all the best of luck at his appeal.
Genuine appeals and people with genuine causes will always get my support |
