Thanks for the link above, Looks like nothing has changed eh ?
Even after the big debate about disclosure recently in our high courts with our top Judge presiding over and cases of Dixon etc and reference being made to Holland & Sinclair and McLoed Crown can still withhold evidence whenever they want to.
Are our courts just an extension of Crown Office? it would certainly seem so.
Our Courts are in a sorry state of affairs.
Why are they not abiding by our Privy Council rulings?
Maybe anyone seeking disclosure should ultimately go direct to Privy Council bypassing our reluctant courts. |

So True Wullie!
the amount of evidence that has been found that was not produced in court is bad, why can they get away with it?
even without disclosure wullie we have enough to get a full appeal things are coming out you would not think possible. THE CROWN HAVE WITHELD STATEMENTS AND WE WILL GET THEM IN COURT.
I just wonder when and if full disclosure does come , the full extent of the judicial misconduct. IS SHOWN FOR ALL TO SEE. |

Lockerbie
Another example of the lengths our Government will go to to hide evidence though i have to admit Angiolini has surprised me by not refusing to allow the defence team to view the document.
However it would seem Mr Milliband is now taking over Scots Justice.
