Apparently

As Willie Gage has been saying for many many years now that Labours Jack McConnell was involved in him being set up.

It has recently come to my attention that the witness's Charles Bowman (Deceased) and Iain Bowman are actually the Husband & Son of a Labour Councillor, Dorcas Bowman from Cambuslang

Starnge this has never surfaced before now, not even when her Son has just recently been murdered.

Would he have been denied a fair trial like the guy Affleck as he wasn't able to argue his points in front of a jury.

It is alarming that this witness changed his story to (A White Car) and there was evidence from a site agent claiming Bowman admitted he had changed his story yet his defence never saw fit to call this contradictory evidence at trial and it was not used at his appeal.

Everyone is entitled to a fair hearing and Willie was denied the right to lodge further arguments when his defence let him down and pulled out of his case at the appeal courts.

Margaret Scott QC (Much Respected) lodged further grounds which were basically rejected without a full hearing and without him being able to put them in full.

He was refused permission to add grounds to his appeal after seeking fresh legal representation in the form of Ms Scott.

"Biggest Defective Representation" I have ever seen

Very Interesting information you have.

One would have thought his defence team would have noticed all this at the time of his trial ?

It certainly calls into question the link between Labour and their red rose nights at Dalziel Park.

Can you tell us if the Mother, Dorcas was at any of the meetings which took place there ?

There was a rumour that Charles Bowman actually let the Gunman through the building site and there was evidence "Unheard" that two people were seen near the site getting into a white car, the witnesses thought they were breaking into it, but their evidennce was never heard.

I beleive they were never taken to an ID Parade either Wonder Why ?

Big Wullie

There is another link to Labour in the gage case

Justin McAlroy's father was also apparently a labour councillor.

So now we have two witnness's Iain and Charles Bowman the latter who changes his evidence and has other witness's question his evidence related to a labour councillor and the murdered boys father a very same labour councillor.

There is also a rumour......... that Mrs Bowman was moved from Rutherglen area to Drumchapel area for some reason ?

Something to do with fundraising money I hear.

Not really sure of this though!

In answer to your question,   Can you tell us if the Mother, Dorcas was at any of the meetings which took place there ?

I believe they would all have been there after all it was a fundraiser.

It was evidence from a Mr & Mrs Furley I believe said they saw two men near a car at the actual site yet their evidence was discarded and not explored properly.

For sure Jack McConnell had his fingers in a lot of pies and knew a lot of dodgy people.

Just a thought!

McAlroy is a builder I believe and the Bowman's are the security!
what a sensational link don't you think  ?

It has also entered my mind that at the time of the murder the police might have been able to blackmail Bowman if he was signing on the dole.

There was also evidence that Charles Bowman actually worked on the same site during the day as a labourer, was he able to stay awake 24/7  and could he if he was actually on the site when he claims not have fallen asleep.

Just somethings that might be explored by a fresh inquiry team

Please sign the new petition and pass around. The other one I did try to contact the person who made it but no luck.

I am trying to collect all the info there is on Willie's case online and putting it altogether on the blog below.

Congratulations on the blog it serves to highlight just what a miscarriage of justice has been perpetrated on Willie Gage.

The identification evidence is scarcely credible and the so called chain of circumstantial evidence created by the police and prosecution authorities serves as an example of how illegitimate the selective use of available evidence can be.

As you are aware the matter is under consideration by the SCCRC and a result is unlikely before November. Meanwhile Willie struggles on in prison and the system that consigned him there remains alive and well and capable of creating further injustice.

My police experience tells me this conviction stinks and I sincerely hope that the SCCRC comes to the same conclusion.
