With all due respect but organisations already set up will have no interest in joining any other groups.
Of course close contact and working with these groups will be a must.

What i am worried about here and why i want mojo scotland involved is the scottish goverment could take away their funding or cut it if a group gets started to rival them!
we all have too work as a group, and fight each others cause or we are beaten.
i would like a website that highlights all injustice not militant.
but just getting the message across that this land does not care for injustice victims,
and will try everything in the book to blight us all !
we all have different skills iain , al, wullie ,bryan, and everyone else on the many forums that together would and should put pressure on the justice system! WHY DO WE NOT COMBINE AND USE ALL THE SKILLS I SEE ON THIS FORUM AND WORK WITH OTHERS BUT NOT RIVAL THEM? |

Free the Killie Two
Are you suggesting that the Scottish Government would pull MOJO's funding if another group should rival them? |

I do not know where the idea "Rival" came from, Certainly it would not be the aims of a Justice Committee or Organisation to "Rival" anyone.
MOJO and the likes have their own work and would not have time to become involved in the setting up of or running of any other Committees or Organisations.
Any committee or the likes i see in the future would "I would hope" work alongside every organisation including MOJO to fight for Justice.
The more fighting for justice the better.
It would also be possible for such organisation to also end up funded by the Executive, Who Knows?
I hope this clears matters up some |

You misunderstand what i was saying above.
I have every intention if possible to be in the forefront of setting up some kind of organisation and will do all i can to see this become reality.
In Scotland right now we have no Human Rights Lawyer.
Oh Yes we have a Human Rights Centre But no Lawyer.
Is this our past Government saying we have no Human Rights, Get on the case SNP. |

no bryan i would like people from mojo and other injustice groups involved, we are dealing with a goverment that will not hand money out to miscarraiges of justice services.
things in scotland need to change!
if we take on the justice system beware of the backlash from them.
we need all the experts on miscarriages, to help we are dealing with a system that has had a rough couple of months ,but will come out fighting as they did in november with the lord advocate speaking in the disclosure cases.
this has to be thought through!
it has to be 100? per cent or we will fall on our arse.
nobody cares about injustice exept the victims and their families. |

Wullie Do you really think the scottish goverment would fund another miscarraige of justice service?
it would have to be self funded by us all no problem there, but still would have to include people in the injustice world as for the people at the top of it.
maybe to start with have leaflets made, then posters. then t-shirts to help fund it i have t-shirts being made for the killie 2 so that could be a good idea for us all!
people on the street still think miscarraige of justice victims got off on a technicality. |

Guy's
I'm new at this. I fumbled through and fought my mothers corner for a decade. I suppose I had a certain degree of success. Other than what I read on your web sites I cannot imagine what it would be like to be imprisoned as an innocent person. I would'nt know where to start a fight for justice for this kind of victim, and I wont pretend otherwise.
Nobody should change what their group does. I think it was Free The Killie 2 who suggested a web site, take it further, a directory if you like, of all our groups, spelling out the message of what we do, why we do it, and why we need public support to help us achieve it.
My instinct tells me this would be a proper way forward. Where it goes as it evolves, who knows.
Regards
Bryan. |

To allow a proper assessment of their ideas would all contributors to the idea of having a 'Justice Forum' or similar new justice organisation please post their comments and opinions under the 'Justice Forum' heading at:
http://shirleymckie.myfastforum.org/Justice_Forum_about79.html
And not under this heading. |
