Is the new organisation needed?
yes, i would say the more pressure put on the system the better!
What would be its goals?
to offer advice and help victims of injustice. and offer phone numbers for various helplines.
How would they be achieved?
by a website at first then knowing who is at the top level ie Iain and others and arranging things. also getting msp.s and media involved.
How would it be funded?
by all injustice victims at first, then by other means. eg goverment funding then all the usual ways of getting funds ie, t-shirts, maybe even carboot sales, and events, like buckets out side football grounds and music, venues. even lottery funding!
and all other means .
How would it relate to existing justice organisations?
I still think all should relate to all injustice groups in the way it works. injustice is everyones problem they may not see it till it happens to them we have to press to highlight all injustice, in scotland. also i would like law students involved.
Should we launch it at next year's conference?
I think so, and should have some funding by then for a web site to start with. appoint someone like Iain to look after £5.00 every month and open an account to oversee all the subs.
