Hello where do i start...

I will be keeping a blog up until Brendan has his website next year.
this blog will take me back to 2003 up until now and will be about my families struggles to come to terms with thing that were happening in our lives.

This will be true not fiction and will let people see from the families point of view how things have been for us as a family and will tell everything that should have been told from day one.

I will include my contemp of court charge and Brendan's previous record. and Brendan's alibi.

This will be my families truthful side to the story..

Its easy for someone who hasnt got the facts to get mislayed.

Scotskaz, could you please stop sending these e-mails out.

1/ I am Brendan;s Brother-in-law not Nephew.

2/ I am not alone i have the support of Mojo, Sunday Herald, Kilmarnock Standard, Innocent, Inside doubt, 2 Members of Parliament.

And members of the public from all over Scotland.

Please send Brendan some cards to let him know he is not alone in this fight for Justice. Brendan is Irish and loves Celtic FC.

Brendan has some problems with reading and writing but someone will read anything that is written to him. But anything he gets be it postcards or letters, will be appreciated.

He has no one except his nephew who is fighting his case alone. This is a miscarriage of justice here in Scotland and there is some time to go before things happen for this guy sadly,

The email you talk about is an automated email which was sent out once a month EVERY month AUTOMATICALLY without any help from me since I set up the Justice for the Killie 2 yahoo group to help you out and to help get Brendan some support and cards.

The group had been open for almost 2 years. Not once in those two years did you correct the wording of the email. At the time the email was made you actually did not have a lot of support except from MOJO. I am delighted that has now changed and everything is going so wonderfully for your campaign now.

I also note that Brendan is taking a lie detector. Well done for getting that done too.

When the last email came around I decided to delete the group totally. So there will be no more emails asking for cards for Brendan.

I had nothing to do with this e-mail group, and you know that.

As for only having Mojo why did i go to the BBC and speak to Tony Nellany, and Willie Coffey an Mp in Kilmarnock about the case.

Also David Leslie, And Douglas Skelton.

Yes Brendan's case is moving on well and his legal team are happy with things that have emerged, as for him taking a lie-detector i think someone is telling you porkie pies, it is me and Marie not Brendan as he cant take one in Prison, i thought you would have known that.

Sorry, I made an assumption that it was Brendan taking the test from something Marie said on bebo. Which I repost below.

Good luck with that. I hope when its done you can post the results of the test and everyone can see them and show them you are telling the truth.

The reason I thought it was Brendan is because as an appellant he would indeed be permitted to take a lie detector test in prison if his lawyer wanted him to. Its once they are fully convicted after losing an appeal that the prison would not allow the test.
