Lockerbie Bomber Megrahi

Does anyone on these threads think he is Guilty?
When i complained to SCCRC about the QC William Taylor standing up in Court and unexpectedly closing my defence case without calling Crucial and Key evidence, I did not know he had done the same with Megrahi, See the Link

Bull. I knew nothing of it Until Taylor stood up in court and closed my case and his exact words to me where: Dont worry i have got you covered and when i challenged him on the lawyers evidence he said: He did not want to be seen to be calling the police LIARS.( The police in my case did lie in Court.)
Mr keegan in his statement to Law Society has blamed Taylor and said it was Taylor who decided which witnesses to call and he exorcised that right in my trial

Big Wullie,

You have put a massive amount of time, effort and skill into presenting your case for so many years. While I admire your determination I must repeat that it is complex and I doubt if many readers have been able to grasp its full implications.

There seems little doubt that the police investigation and the identification process leading to your conviction was flawed, that you could have been better served by your legal representatives and that the SCCRC findings are unsatisfactory in a number of ways.

This does not take us much further forward however as you seem to be shouting at the wind and as time passes fewer people are listening.

Could you outline exactly what your next steps are and where you see your campaign moving as I have some ideas on a way forward for yourself and possibly others who claim injustice?

At the moment i am awaiting Opinion of counsel on the prospect of my Judicial review. Although he has said before he will do this if SCCRC refused again to refer my case, I must await his reply to my Lawyer.

Great to see you get noticed but, This is only published because of who you are.
I wrote to many Papers in regards to my case and none wanted to know, The Herald being one of them.
I would therefore not waste anymore time writing to them again.
You are one in a Million calling for enquiries into other cases and i respect you for this but please remember you used to be a policeman which commands a bit of respect. I am merely only Joe Bloggs from the street

Your'e article in the Herald is great, Took your advice and wrote to them but they wanted to publish my Address which i am not entirely comfortable with given some of the comments etc etc on articles on the web (Where you are allowed to remain "anon")
I have no problem with my name and area being released but full Address, No.
So no doubt my comments won't be in Herald tomorrow.

We have spoke many times on the phone and agree on a whole range of issues like Disclosure and unheard evidence like, Why did Brendan Dixons Defence Team not call you and your Family as witnesses, As you claim you's were all with him at the time of Murder. Why did the Police not continue their Quest to DNA the whole of Galston to try to match the DNA found at the scene.
Then There is the unanswered question you say, of the DNA found on the bed of the murder victim which did not belong to any of the Accused.
All the above are valid points to raise and you should be highlighting these to the best of your ability, Get a blog up and running, Get a flickr site so you can post documents and let the world see what you are talking about.
The killie two were not friends and did not run about with each other yet they are accused of Murder Together, surely questions must be answered here?
Read the advice Iain has on this forum about taking on these type of people.
Make no mistake about this they will try to discredit you at every turn etc etc even calling you liars but don't ever give up hope.
Try and remember that Brendan has an appeal coming up soon and hope and pray maybe things will turn out all right.
