Yes Kevin they do it again !! Strange that the police and the crown can build a case through circumstantial evidence "when it suits" as seen again recently with the Nat Fraser trial.
But yet regarding Kevin Mcleods death, we have a man who confessed to several people that he killed Kevin and the police dont want to know.
Why ?
Ah Ah - But who was one of this mans accomplicies ? Thats the crux of this case. And why did poice Immediately destroy Kevins Clothing without even forensically testing it ? along with no door to door enquiries, plus never cordoned off or searched the locus, and this was a murder inquiry.
Who was involved with Kevins Death ??
Why does the police want to brush this case under the carpet ??
IT STINKS !!

Allan these two have been going from High Court to High Court for years playing this trick.
as for Kevin from day one they messed up the investigation then when someone says i did it they cant have that they cannot be seen to be hopeless can they even if they know they have the killer. pensions on the line time.
could Northern Constabulary be protecting someone that was involved and was there the night Kevin died.
they are all as guilty as sin for corruption and protecting there Backsides.
WHICH THEY ARE.
Talking out most the time!
with some of the cases on this forum having more evidence of wrongdoing and no Police action being done it makes you think that the ones on the forum who claim to be innocent. are wasting their time.
WHAT HOPE JUSTICE FOR ANYONE...

Kevin, you write - The major breakthrough came when William Grant walked into Kirkwall police station in 2006 with a note saying he had seen the killer on the night of the murder.
Why did Mr Grant wait so long before going to the police?..........
Did Ross do it ?? Yes, without doubt.
But In todays Sunday Mail I see that Grant is is one of 3 witnesses now facing a contempt of court charge over their evidence. - His evidence was rotten from day one, Firstly, if you wanted to remain annoyomus why would you walk into a police station 12 years after the event, hand over a letter where the receptionist knows you.? Secondly in his letter he stated - "This may sound stupid but the way he handled a hand- gun looked like he had handled a firearm before". Talk about Major Breakthrough and Skullduggery - It stinks !! |

Allan I still think it stinks.
Mr Grant has a lot to answer, was he bought?
My daughter is a Cadet and she knows Skill at Arms does that make her a potential killer. she has training with Firearms at every camp.
Everyone in her Battalion wants to join the Army and wouldn't risk harming their chances.
Mr Ross seems that he had Army Orientation and had a set plan to join up,Why Kill and ruin what he had planned for all his life?
To me it seems that people in Orkney don't want to speak till a time when appeal is given.
I think the Police have messed up and a Scapegoat was needed.
Will Northern Constabulary ever learn? |

After a two day hearing Brendan Dixon still has to wait!
I Phoned the Privy Council in London yesterday evening and was told that the opinion on the case will not be given until October.
TILL THEN AN INNOCENT MAN IS STILL IN PRISON FOR A CRIME HE DID NOT COMMIT. AND A KILLER STILL WALKS FREE.
http://justiceforbrendandixon.blogspot.com/
The verdict will be on this Privy Council webpage of verdicts at the bottom under Judgments in Devolution Cases.
