Wednesday 5 December 2007

Dear regulars and all who may check out this forum,

A final post by Al – Threatening phone calls … simply untenable

Last night at 20:15 a rather sinister and intimidating phone call was received at a household connected to the case I have mentioned on this forum.

Such threats would be water off a ducks back to me – I have dealt with a lot worse than that in my life – but to a frail and vulnerable octogenarian, phone calls like that are a very frightening experience and wholly unacceptable.

I have no proof that that call is connected to the case currently being pursued with Mr “No Justice” Salmond, his Injustice Secretary et al, but, frankly, given my experience of the despicable behaviour of both these men, nothing would surprise me.

That I have been critical of both these men over the past 7 months is without doubt – and justly so, if you were to know the full history of the case concerned.  I have been restricted in what I have been able to say on this forum as the case, because of the horrific backround, is an X scenario and has to remain that way to protect the individual and family concerned. I mentioned that in a previous post here:
http://shirleymckie.myfastforum.org/sutra973.php#973

To all the regulars who are doggedly fighting for the truth and justice on this forum, I truly wish you well and all the very best in your future battles against Scotland’s INJUSTICE SYSTEM … and up against all the LIES, deceit, criminal collusion, cover ups, self-protection and protection of Scotland’s sacred cows I have experienced at the door of Mr Salmond, you will need a sledgehammer to crack that nut  / door, that’s for sure.  Or as it was put in letter No. 8 of 10 letters to his office since 12 February 2007:

God help Scotland’s people with you, Mr MacAskill and Ms Sturgeon in charge – because they will NEVER find the truth, honesty, integrity, probity, decency, humanity, compassion, help and “justice” at your doors … especially when you are solely concerned with your own self-serving political ambition (rather than those ordinary Scots who elected you into those positions of privilege, power and trust in the first place) and covering up for those many sacred cows in the Edinburgh and Scottish establishment you choose to sleep with.  Very incestuous and sickening the whole thing really, but very much part of the rotten and corrupt culture amongst the so-called “great and the good” in Scottish society … that you obviously approve of and seek to maintain (as evidenced by your appalling behaviour over these past 8 ½ months).  Truly disgusting Mr Salmond.

And as I have put it elsewhere:

If "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere", then are we to now conclude that these two men [Salmond and MacAskill] are indeed a threat to justice everywhere? ... and should therefore be unceremoniously kicked out of office at the earliest opportunity by the people of Scotland.

Think about it guys…

Toodle pip!

Al

AL, - Kevin Mcleod Case-

I too received 2 Threatning Phone calls in 2003, (one recorded) BT traced the calls,(both different mobiles) 2 local Detectives took a statement from me, saying it was looking good to bring charges, they travelled to Wick, then returned a week later saying that unfortunately the 2 persons they questioned were "streetwise" and therefore could not bring charges, but that they did submit a report to the PF, who then stated there was not enough evidence to bring charges. (Strange)

Very Suspicious I believe. Traced the calls, and the owners of the mobile phones
Questioned those responsible, No Charges. (The Mind Boggles)

No doubt you too have annoyed a person/s with your determined campaign for justice.

Dear FtK2 and Allan,

A quick thanks for taking the time to pass comment on what happened to the elderly lady last night.

I really don't know if it was just a one of crank caller or something more sinister in connection to the covered up X case, but it is very strange ... and most alarming for an elderly lady in her 80s living alone.

Perhaps Messrs MacAskill and Salmond might like to pass comment and rule out any of their staff ... and release all case files and photographs that you are still unlawfully withholding from a certain Edinburgh family once and for all.

You have had 10 MONTHS to do just that.

Once again, you have the ex-directory phone number and central Edinburgh address to contact the family concerned and do what you should have done 10 MONTHS AGO ... Mr Salmond.

They still await that phone call ... and the unreserved apology.

Thanks again guys for the comments.

All good wishes to you and yours,

Al

Al
FTK2 gives sound advice. Please, Please, Al, try and secure the phone records. Other than a crank call, this is a recognition that there is substance in what you are saying.
Best wishes,
Bryan.

Yes so true Bryan, and allan .threats are seen as the weakness of the ones we are up against
the phone records can be recieved from bt it costs about 15 pounds that show all witheld numbers.
also i would get this old lady to file a police comment so that it makes it easier,
that coming from  me who does not trust them.

threats  happen to us all and will still happen when we get near the truth
but if you walk away that is what they want.

KEEP THE FIGHT ALL!
never let them get you down.

keep up the good work Al

Despicable Behavior

Anyone that threatens an old person deserves the biggest sentence going.
This is usually their last ditch attempt to stop the rot and halt proceedings against them.
It also shows they are running "Scared"

Do not give in to threats.

Thank you Bryan, FtK2 (again) and Big Wullie for your words of support.

BT have been informed (straight away) and will monitor.

With regards contacting the local constabulary:  "We are going to get the police to you" was part of the intimidating message.  So, they should be on their way then ... NOT!  I doubt very much that certain parties want the police to be involved in this case somehow.

Meantime, a response to letter number 10 to Salmond (Friday 30 November 2007) is eagerly anticipated in central Edinburgh.  Let's hope it's not another two-lined "Sod Off!" and he will do what was requested of him and the SNP from the outset:

Request for the return of confidential photographs and files from the SNP - Letter No.10 (Since 12 February 2007) Requesting Same

Thanks again to the regulars for their words of support.

All good wishes to you and yours,

Al

Hi Al

Sorry to hear about this, but good to hear that BT have been alerted and will act accordingly.

It's amazing what they can do these days, and since phone records just like everything else are kept eternally, I don't think they will have too much trouble locating the caller if BT put their minds to it.

I have had this myself too, along with some rather nasty threats ....

It seems just about everyone who has had cause to complain against  a profession, or public body has had similar experience, particularly when a politician is involved ... although I recall that when I was working on the Scottish Borders Council £4million education budget fraud, some people went to extraordinary lengths on the telephone to see who was giving me information ...

When people are desperate, they tend to do desperate things, so whoever is getting these calls, I wish them all my best and pledge my help.

Al,

Sound advice re tracing and monitoring calls.

As you will be aware after so many letters it is unlikely you are going to achieve your goal without a change of tactics.

Without knowledge of the case I cannot give any advice but I would be pleased to help if you wish to contact me privately.

Best wishes,

Iain
