Todays News.

Lord Hardie has unprecedently and unpredictably halted a murder trial in Glasgow.
The move comes after one witness told the court yesterday that the wrong men were in the dock.
His reason for assuming such was the murderers were taller and skinnier he said.
Lord hardie asked him in court why he was smirking and his reply was because the wrong men where in the dock.

The move now to have a new jury severely calls into question the independence of Lord Hardie and the question on the tip of the tongues of the legal profession is this,
Has Lord Hardie intercepted this trial because this witness denied the accused were the guilty party ?
Will Donald Findlay ask the same question in front of another Jury.

It remains to be seen why this Jury were all dismissed and it certainly has raised a few eyebrows in the profession.

We await Lord Hardie's explanation after the trial.

He said: "A matter has been brought to my attention this morning which will necessitate my deserting the trial for the time being and to start afresh tomorrow.

"I can't go into details about the situation other than to say it is nothing to do with the two accused."

New Jury

Never in the life of Scots Justice have i ever heard of a jury being dismissed and another sworn in the next day, at this stage in a trial.

Be interesting to hear the reasons why this has been done.

Is this a future miscarriage
