I can feel the need for another appeal to Privy Council with reference to Holland and Sinclair.
Here we have the highest judge in our country denying people the oportunity of "Equality Of Arms" under these cases the Defence have the right to see any documents that Crown have.

It appears the Courts are working in conjunction with Crown eh?
They are supposed to be independent.

The Judicial and Police have let us down, think what have they done for you? My Son had a friend over and a man grabbed his Friend by the neck and dragged him in his house saying he had scratched his car.
it took 1 hour for the Police to show up then they said do you really want your boy giving evidence in the witness box. "Now if that was you or me we would have been charged."

How could the young boys scratch this man's car with water balloons next to a Bus Stop?

Their story matched.
But still no action.
