Should These Cops Go To Prison
Just saw this article later today in the printed version, Never saw it last night before i posted the above comment.
Some extracts taken from Daily Record show these Police involved in this case acted criminally and certainly should be charged with perverting the course of Justice.
The show contains allegations that:
MUNRO threatened witnesses with jail unless they co-operated.
HE suppressed, ignored or altered vital witnesses testimony.
HE lied to his own bosses to save his neck, causing the deputy chief of Fife to lie to the Crown.
Munro faced demotion in 2004 after a prostitute said he'd had sex with her. But he quit before a tribunal, pocketing a £100,000 payoff.
...MODERATED....
For threatening witness's alone he should be facing at least 5 years then another 5 for Perjury and another 5 for giving false evidence at trial, This would mean in total their sentence would be 10 years with good behaviour five if they got parole.
It is time our courts took positive action against police who act in this manner to send out the message that this will not be tolerated.
Their appeal decision can also be viewed at the link below
http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news...-found-by-tv-show-86908-20361330/
Appeal Decision:
http://www.scotcourts.gov.uk/opinions/2006hcjac30.html
From 121 onwards makes great reading and highlights the fact these police falsified statements etc etc.
The program will make great viewing for those wrongly accused of crimes. |

Big Wullie, you summed it up one hundred per cent correct.
Yes, all these corrupt cops should be in jail for perjury and perverting the course of justice. Why do they get away with it ??
My family also believe that .....MODERATED.....No doubt thats why the Deputy Chief Constable an Area Commander and two Chief Inspectors involved in Kevins case retired "prior" to the conclusion of Central Scotland Chief Constable Andrew Camerons year long investigation regarding my familys complaints.
I think the BBC should take a look at this forum and make documentarys with all the Corruption, Conspiracys, and Miscarriages of justice.
Maybe then messers Salmond, Macaskill and the Scottish Justice System
Will sit up and take note of all these Corrupt Cops. |

Kevin
Great posts and this Gene Morrison Character reminds me of the famous Sir Roy Meadows.
Like yourself i am concerned that the 700 odd cases he gave evidence in will not be sent back to the appeal courts.
Can anyone ever see this amount of cases being referred ? at the one time
All cases he worked on should automatically be referred back to appeal it's that simple.
Huge adverts should have been posted around the area he worked.
As someone fighting for justice i would have thought i would have heard of this maniac before now, Just shows you eh ? |

Just for the sake of it
Just watched the evidence given by Fiona McBride from SCRO to Justice One Committee.
What a joke, She was the one that decided to put other experts signatures on the envelope because she knew they had looked at it she said.
She also admitted that the ones checking their work (Supervisors) had no experience in fingerprints.
Sounds familiar to Gene Morrison.
Experts should only sign their own signatures on official documents and most agree on this issue.
There is clear evidence of collussion between these so called experts if one watches their evidence on Holyrood T.V |

Alan and Wullie.
how far down has the justice system to go before someone acts?
will anyone be held to account over lies that are told, i dont think so.
how many more morrisons are out there ?
what happened to vetting.
How many bent coppers are there?
more than anyone thinks will anyone that works with them tell on it.
LAWYERS,how many out there are
on the take?
SCCRC are they independent?
Judiciary; does the roll they play suit the needs of anyone found in the system
looking for justice or do they have to wait years even for someone to take notice that it happens.
answers on a postcard to
