Yes wullie U Division seems to have messed up Why not DNA Galston at the time of the murder instead of watching CSI on tv. a classic witch hunt it does seem tongues did loosen in the days leading up to charge but not from Galston but from Kilmarnock, addicts saying about 3rd party hearsay. the truth will come out then see them run .watch this space.
also Wullie i have been told that some officers were involved in both cases, would like to see the appeal record for offences in U Division thou.that have been successful, and the complaints record of the division.
have been informed of the gang as to speak giving free training shoes and clothes by more than one person, also keeping there habit up as well.
You must do a FOI to the police station in question just asking if they provided clothes for these witnesses.
I believe this ....MODERATED.....was the same one that was the only person seen anywhere near the house of Margaret Irvine the day she was murdered yet the jury found him not proven is that correct.
I also think you should ask the police for exactly how many CID or Police were involved with Asbury and Brendans case, This would be interesting to see if the same incompetents were involved who tried to set up Asbury.
