Apparently everyone using our court system is to be asked to rate it.

No chance though of being asked if you are remanded in custody

I would rate them as a legal system still in the 19th century.

it also seems the system does get it right, sometimes.

Do certain Judges and Brian McConnachie QC: work in pairs?

http://www.theherald.co.uk/news/n...ene_was_father_of_the_accused.php

or do they wheel out the big guns for cases like the one above, the case of the lyons shooting and the killie 2 to name a few, cases that the Crown know will be hard to convict  so it seems in the killie 2 and the lyons killing, and more could the case above be one of them?[b]

Out of touch with reality, time for change.

Our court system is in need of transformation to bring it into line with the modern day.

Their recent decisons are diabolical to say the least.

Wonder if Megrahi's appeal will be filmed next ?
