What the SCRO could not do, despite the years of lies and deceit, was bring me to my knees. On holiday however I met a greater force and both myself and my wife were hospitalised with salmonella poisoning. I will spare you all the details but a great deal of time and effort was expended in the 'loo'.
Unfortunately a gentlemen at the hotel died and while Mairi remains in Italy in hospital we hope to have her home this week.
While recovery will take some time plans continue for the judicial enquiry when I anticipate that some of the witnesses might well wish that the only problem they had was the salmonella bug.

Iain,
I wish your wife a speedy recovery.
I suspect certain witnesses will indeed have the salmonella bug dribbling down their chin and legs when giving evidence at the fourth coming enquiry.

So sorry to hear of You and Mairi's holiday being spoilt in this horrible manner.

Nice to hear you are keeping well, Regards to Mairi, hope she got home safe and well.
In todays news there appears to be another story dominating the news regarding Italy and Lord Hardie
Apparently he has required some heart surgery and cannot fly for another few weeks meaning Michael Ross's sentencing has had to be postponed.
Is there something in the air in Italy.
