In relation to the Kevin Mcleods case, this was also the reason and down fall of the arrogant and disrepectful Deputy Chief Constable of Northern Constabulary who (jumped ship) retired, as we too had also secretly recorded our meeting with him.

He resigned "prior" to a disciplinary hearing, the reason in a letter from police board dated 27 March 2003 read -
"Having considered the terms of the Senior Officer,s response to the Misconduct Forms, the Sub Committee remained of the view that there was a case to answer.
They resolved, however, that the matter should not proceed further for the following reasons, (a) - The Senior Officer,s stated intention not to participate in any hearing. (b) - The Senior Officer having retired at the end of February, which made it impossible for any sanctions in terms of the regulations to be applied".

Another 2 Senior officers also "jumped ship" prior to the conclusion Chief Constable Andrew Camerons investigation. - We wonder why ??

SCCRC above told me they had sent a Solicitor a copy of his own ID Parade Report.

The Solicitor can be clearly heard saying he was never sent his own ID Parade Report.

Despite this being one of my Submissions to SCCRC that the Lawyer noted witness no 11 had no 2 out his mouth before turning to view the parade.

No 11 on the witness list just happened to be an off-duty policeman.

Is this why SCCRC never sent the lawyer a copy of his own report ?

Interesting articles.

I would always advice anyone in such a predicament to record whatever is going on, video & audio, as you will invariably find you have been recorded yourself many times.

The advantage is of course, 'spying back' does tend to dent the lies of those who get away with causing injustice, just by their very position in life or amount of colleagues who will close ranks with them when needs be.
