Yet still nothing was done. To the detached observer it seems at best incredible, and at worst heinously negligent, that no-one properly intervened.

When you are fully informed of any wrongdoing, criminality and injustice, and you choose not to properly act and intervene to put an immediate stop to that wrongdoing, criminality and injustice, then you too are undoubtedly complicit, culpable and guilty for your actions or inactions.

... even one injustice in Scotland is one too many [Yes ... this case IS one injustice too many Iain, as you rightly say. An appalling travesty of justice then, that NOBODY did a thing about. So much for all those so-called champions and crusaders against injustice!]

Indeed ... no names, but there are many out there, those so-called "champions against injustice" and "brave, bold, respected, honest and investigative" journalists, who should search their consciences over this appalling case of abuse, neglect and INJUSTICE ... and hang their heads in SHAME (... on you all). |

No need for the apology, I can understand the frustration.
I can also understand the need for the people to remain anonymous and fully respect that.
What I was trying to get to was, Can you please please just do a brief Summary of the case.
Could you maybe edit the names from the letters and let us help you get them onto flickr or something and get them posted here on the forum for maximum impact.
Letters being shown with their signatures believe me, will have more impact on the general public.
We are all in the same boat Al and all I want to do at the end of the day is try and help you.
If you have letters promising something for example from any of the two names you keep mentioning or three including Sturgeon, and they have went back on their words, then the public domain is the place for them.
This forum is your grand opportunity to highlight the facts, Please make use of it to the Max
Everything can be redacted to preserve peoples identities God I do not like my own address being banded all over the place, Who does ? |
