Another Miscarriage of Justice caused by so-called expert witnesses.

I had the misfortune of serving part of my sentence with this innocent guy. He was horrendously slashed in prison for being branded a monster.

Shame on the system.

What an absolute disgrace this case is, In Our Names.

Time we were counted.

Time we said: Not in our names, and call for changes.

Our prisons could do more top protect these people because if they do not ask for protection, which is a bit of a stigma, then they will be flung into the jungle to fend for themselves.

Unfortunately other prisoners do not take kindly to these types of convictions and as far as they will be concerned they have been convicted of the most hated crimes in the system.

More must be done by the system who send all those who ask for protection to Peterhead, More must be done in mainstream prisons to protect these people who after all could be Innocent like this man.

It is terrible that this man is another who has been put through such a terrible ordeal. I hope he gets the help he will need to cope with his new found freedom. Though that depends on him of course.

You are so correct when you say NOT IN OUR NAME!

Everything that is done in courts and the judicial system is done in EVERY SINGLE person who lives in Scotlands name. Whether we like it or not. If we do not like it then we need to change it.

People in scotland need to be aware of what is done in their name.

It is time to educate the people of Scotland of the realities of what goes on.
