... Of course he should ... but he won't. Why? Simply because he is a member of Scotland's elite and corrupt legal "profession" and they will ALWAYS protect their own ... even if they have been caught with their pants down in a public toilet with a rent boy ... there's a lot of filth goes on amongst that crowd as we all know.

One law for Them ... and another for the rest of Us.
