Imagine Being Allowed to tell a Court you were not attending because you are going to play Tennis:

This Just Takes The Biscuit.

I wonder if this is a First In Scots Legal History.

I also wonder if our Courts will allow it to contuinue or will they do what they would if it was anyone else and hold the Lawyer in contempt of Court.
Imagine
Ever getting away with even saying you could not turn up for Jury Duty because you were going to play tennis???????????????

There's a lot more to this story than meets the eye, although I will have to sit down and write it up for later this week.

In essence, the Law Society of Scotland and SSDT have been playing me for time, just as they do with everyone else, to ensure any possible claim gets time barred and also ensuring that I cant get anyone to represent me legally - what a surprise.

What is sad is it was this particular solicitor named in the story who had one of the largest cases against the Law Society in terms of interference in client negligence claims, but turned out just as bad as those he was allegedly fighting.

Many people were affected, not only myself, in the now familiar routine of lawyer ruins a few lives, and gets away with it unapologetic .. and the legal profession ensure no one gets a penny, just to protect their insurance and 'reputation'.

... and all the while the Scottish Executive sits back, knowing the levels of injustice in Scotland, and does nothing. Truly disgusting.

Imagine what our courts would be like if all our Lawyers never turned up when required.
What kind of Backlog would we have if they even tried this for a week, Our Courts would Crumble.
Stop this now. Hold Him accountable.

The biggest problem for those fighting injustices in this country and complaining against Lawyers is simply: They are all insured with the same company.

Talkinbg about insurance companies: I have put my second FOI application to SCCRC asking who their insurance company was from 2001 till 2006, Time is nearly up again without reply, Maybe they have all gone to play Tennis with Robson? They never answered my first Application which will be available soon on my Blog at:
