It occurs to me that Mr. Gair’s tragic death falls exactly into these categories. His death certainly is a matter of public concern, his death might well have been avoided and the system that stalled and stumbled for 18 long years certainly contributed to his death. |

Agree with your observations on this Iain.
Stuart's untimely death certainly is a matter of public concern, as of course is Annie Borjesson's and the others i've cited time and again on your forum:

I agree too - there should be an FAI into Mr Gair's death. His suffering at the hands of a terrible injustice should not go unanswered or unaccounted for, and it is definitely in the public interest for an FAI to take place in this case.

It Seems The System has let everyone on this forum down big time!
but if we all join forces we can do something about it.
the case of the killie 2 and most other cases are nothing at this moment ,a innocent man lost his life by the pressure put on him by the scottish justice system and others!
when will they learn?
there is a need for someone to take care of innocent men and women
and it is not happening.
they drag the issue of money till they wear you down.
it should not be about money but having the goverment issue a sorry we made a big mistake. and promise it will not happen again!
for a fact i know when brendan gets out half of whatever he gets and i quote blood money, will go to a glasgow based charity, and the other to a reward to find the killers of mrs irvine.
i do not think money was the issue with stuart as well but the need to have someone to turn to, when times got tough.
R I P STUART!

Kevin, Spot on, How right you and otherslare.
The Scottish Justice System inc Police PFs and Senior crown office officals put victims of injustice and their families under tremendous strain and pressure in the hope that we will go away and leave them alone, by erecting obstacles, and delaying tactics in our paths to try and drain the familys Mentally, Physically,Emotionally,but moreso Financially.
But I for one on this forum will never give up the fight for justice on behalf of my Nephew Kevin Mcleod until those responsible for his horrific murder are brought to justice and those incompetent police officers and crown office officials who have covered up this gross negligence are named and shamed.
Lets all fight these injustices together. All for one and one for all. |

Yep, pretty much what we all know already. Certainly, if those two well-known eunuchs I oft rightly criticised on this forum over the past 6 months have anything to do with it, the police, courts, penal system and Scottish Crown Office corruption will be allowed to continue unchallenged, everything will indeed remain the same and more and more innocent souls will have their lives destroyed as a result of their protection of that sacred cow and her ilk at Chambers Street in Edinburgh, and throughout our ever so sacred (in)justice system generally.
It certainly does not bode well for those fighting against the rotten and corrupt Scottish (in)justice system whilst we have those two bent eunuchs (an interesting concept!) at the helm of Scotland’s (in)justice system. If only they had the balls… But then, I guess eunuchs are renowned for taking no action … and we have another 4 or so years of that inaction under these two “great and good men”. Gawd ‘elp Us!
Still waiting on that phone call; the return of a certain big fat file from SNP HQ; that offer of deep regret and the unreserved apology gents. Oh sorry, I forgot ... You just don’t have the balls do you.

John McManus of MOJO is co-ordinating contact with Stuart’s next of kin and overseeing arrangements for his post-mortem and funeral.
It is likely to be in Glasgow and details will be posted as soon as possible.
The untimely deaths of Sally Clark and Stuart Gair stand testimony to a deeply flawed justice system no longer worthy of the name. After Stuart is laid to rest there are many difficult questions to be asked of those who should be held to account. |

Injustice!
only the people that have injustice come to their door know the meaning,
who is willing to listen?
we the scottish people are being let down!
look at this and many more forums its all the same faces, we are not as the americans say touching base!
there has to be more fight to push it further .
after all injustice is all our problem! |
