I noticed a couple of developments today on the case of death of Kelso barman Stuart Foster in 2004, where Christine Grahame MSP is calling for a review of the FAI system.

Perhaps with the added publicity to this issue in general, it's time to pressure the Executive & Crown Office for some changes.

While it may be that Ms Grahame, or indeed any other MSP can only respond to constituents, the more cases which are brought to their attention, and that of the Executive & Parliament itself, will help to bring about the changes required, and indeed - a review of cases of the past, including the death of Annie, which has been so badly handled by the Crown Office to-date.

Timeline of devastation, pain, hard work and hope for final Justice…

Another day, another week and another month has passed by and still we do not know what happened to Annie.

I am thinking about all of you who live your life the same way as we do; waiting, hoping, praying, fighting, writing, waiting for answers, receiving answers that do not ease the pain but only increase the feelings of devastation that continue to shatter the lives of our families, relatives and friends.

Actually we are talking about a lot of lives here, Mr Procurator Fiscal, Mr Alex Salmond, Mr Kenny MacAskill; this must now surely be your WAKE UP CALL.

Think back in Scottish history; think about your HERO William Wallace and that he is a hero even today for not only you people in Scotland, but also for a lot of us other people in other countries.

I read an article about Sir Sean Connery. He is fighting for a free Scotland. Is that not what you strive for? And I also read that he still believes that he can go home one day when Scotland is free.

But to have the strength to succeed with that YOU must take care of the people who live in your country first.

To be a great leader you must have the people’s trust and you must protect and take care of the people, through earning their respect.

Open Your Eyes, take a fresh breath of the winds from the Highlands, look at the beautiful landscapes and think of the reason you were elected.

You owe your loyalty to the people of Scotland

Think about ALL the people who are working to get the truth, Justice and closure … the families, relatives and friends who have dedicated their lives to get the truth, to help, to support, to care.

THEY ARE TRULY A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR COUNTRY.

Please Mr Salmond and Mr MacAskill help them to:

Free those who are put to jail NOT GUILTY for the crimes they are convicted for.

Give families the help they need to get their cases properly investigated.

Give the children a safe country to grow up in and without child abuse.

Please help those in pain who are suffering in silence, those who do not have any strength to shout for help, or even ask God for help in silence.

Give the local police more financial resources so that they can do their jobs properly.

And please help Annie’s family to get the truth about their beautiful daughter and my best friend. Even if we are NOT Scottish we truly love the beautiful country and the caring and loving people who are trying to help us get the truth.

Please help to do something to help the suffering people; the families, relatives and friends who are actually doing a LOT so the TRUTH will come out and JUSTICE will finally be SEEN to be DONE.

as we all know it does not matter how long in cases highlighted on this forum the truth will out .

annie will get justice as many here will do it is time the powers that be realise that we will not go away.

Having watched the program on reality TV i am convinced there is at the very least some truth.
At the very least some unanswered questions like: who was the lorry driver?
What caused the marks on her body?
Why not let anyone see the CCTV footage?
Who was the woman Janet?
Exactly what caused the marks on her body?
Why was she found in Prestwick when she was living in Edinburgh, I believe there was no evidence she purchased a ticket to fly home, Why?

I hope those in authority take stock of the program and investigate thoroughly leaving no stones unturned this time.

This is the very least this decent family deserve.

My thoughts are with you all in this time of need.

Dear Wullie and everybody else reading this.

Thank you Wullie for your comment on the programme about my daughter Annie. Have not seen the episode myself yet so for the time being I do not have a full apprehension about the outcome.

However from the minute I got to know that my daughter was found dead I have known that she was murdered. I then already knew about the threat the was under and I knew that she would never even consider suicide to be a solution on any kind of problem. She was a “talking” girl, that always talked about things and sorted problems out. Then when the other strange circumstances got into light I of course thought it would be obvious also the Police and Procurator Fiscal that my daughter was the victim of a crime. However they stated my daughter had committed a suicide from day second and before the investigation had even begun.

I am very grateful for the Psychics Private Eyes doing this programme and drawing attention to my daughter’s mysterious death. Whatever clues are coming out of this I expect the authorities to consider and investigate as any other information that could lead the investigation of my daughter’s death forwards. However the investigation is closed down and what we now need is an FAI into Annie’s death to reveal what happened to her.

As mentioned on this forum, Dec 3 we will have a memorial service for Annie in Prestwick. This we do to honor and remember Annie but also to come together and start talking about what can be done for ALL mistreated cases. It is time to start discuss what can be done to achieve JUSTICE for ALL of us! And together we will be strong!
