To What Extent
http://news.scotsman.com/scotland.cfm?id=1811762007
Having read the above story i am convinced now with the many complaints, that the Public are now coming to terms with and believing that in their Daily Duties and more common than not Our Police are telling lies in our Courts.
Will our Politicians make them more accountable and take away this Absolute Immunity?
Failure to do so will only result in more and more lies being told.
What happened to the police in the Johnston and Allison case? Nothing, Despite there being evidence they lied.
To rid us of these lying Police our Politicians must act now before all confidence is lost.
I would suggest this be the starting point of any Remit in the Shirley McKie case.
Any witness who gives false evidence under Oath can be charged with Perjury this is what our Law States, but is not always what happens.
The culture within our Crown Office of "Conviction At All Costs Must End" Nothing else matters to them and this is quite clear in the Nat fraser case as well as Shirley's and Lockerbie.
Where is the Remit Iain has been promised for Months?
When will SNP get their act together on these injustice's?
Below is also a shocking case, In that this policeman was only given 73 days for Perjury.

So even when they are caught they can expect very light sentences.

For almost a decade I have been taken round the mulberry bush by those agencies charged with administering justice, and that includes polititians of all persuasions. Iain advocates change, only through politics. I do not dissagree with him. The big question is, who is going look into all our cases and give us some sort of closure. The SNP. Do not think so. Big mistake wasting a vote on them.

Spot on Bryan. I KNOW so.
This is a party filled with charlatans who are quite prepared to repeatedly lie, deny, steal, criminally collude and conspire to defeat the ends of justice if it means covering up for their own … and all from the First Minister’s office too. Quite disgraceful and unbelievable the whole thing (though entirely true I can assure you) and proof, if it were ever now needed, how the Emperor Nero of Scotland will fiddle to suit his own selfish ends … whilst Scotland’s (in)justice system burns.
Yes indeed. Fiddling while Scottish justice burns … the word “fiddle” may well be more apt than you think folks … True or False Mr “Justice” Secretary?!
Still waiting on that phone call; the return of a certain big fat file from MacAskill’s office at SNP HQ; that offer of deep regret and the unreserved apology from Messrs Salmond and MacAskill ... and the SNP in general.
Once again: You know the contact details for the family concerned guys - to come across with the above asap…
All the very best as usual to all the regulars on this forum who have been, and continue to be, well and truly shafted by Scotland’s (in)justice system … presided over by Scotland’s very own Emperor Nero and his Court Jester, who happily stand idly by and watch as many families (one in particular) suffer terribly … and burn in their hell that is Scottish injustice.
Toodle pip. |
